The profile of this batch of chocolate reflects predominantly fruity notes (pineapple, tropical) with nuts and a hint of sweet wood reflecting the signature profile of the region.
The heightened fruitiness (tanginess) of these bars allows the chocolate to taste sweeter than it is.
It is our most commonly used dark chocolate for bonbons.
These quality beans are from a single plantation - Hacienda Morumbi in Puerto Lleras del Meta province (central Colombia) in direct trade partnership with the Mexican Arabica Bean Company. Chocolate created by Au Chocolat.
