Milk Honduras Chocolate is created with organic cacao beans, organic cane sugar, whole milk powder and cacao butter. 

This delicious milk chocolate has notes of walnuts, and and sponge toffee reflecting that signature profile of the region.  This bar is only 30% sugar, with a higher content of milk powder offering a more creamy, less sweet chocolate that melts in your mouth!

Honduras is our most commonly used milk chocolate. 

These quality beans are from a small co-op - The Cooperativa Agrícola Cafetalera San Antonio Limitada (COAGRICSAL) in direct trade partnership with the Mexican Arabica Bean.
