Ruby Peanut Butter

Featuring one of our first signature bonbons created with our in-house peanut butter and raspberry jelly shelled with Ruby Chocolate and our milk chocolate bottom. 

Ruby chocolate is considered the 4th chocolate (in the category of dark, milk, and white). The cacao beans are pink and the colour is preserved to create a pink chocolate with a unique, intense fruity flavour 

All of our fillings (nut butters, ganaches, and jellies) are created from scratch using whole ingredients.
