Introducing Colombia 65% - Created with organic cacao beans and organic cane sugar.

Colombian beans are naturally red and much lighter that most cacao beans creating a light reddish brown chocolate, resembling milk chocolate.

This chocolate has notes of nuts and citric fruit reflecting that signature profile of the region.

It is our most commonly used dark chocolate for bonbons.

These quality beans are from a single plantation - Hacienda Morumbi in Puerto Lleras del Meta province (central Colombia) in direct trade partnership with the Mexican Arabica Bean Company. Chocolate created by Au Chocolat.
