Our beans are grown at the hands of small farmers with highly regulated growing, fermenting and drying processes. Soil composition is strictly tested for cadmium and lead, ensuring that the levels are way below regulation.
One in the hands of Au Chocolat, we roast, clean, winnow (remove husk), and clean again to ensure 99.99% clean nibs. We blend our nibs with organic cane sugar from Brazil to create, to our best efforts, a silky smooth chocolate that proudly reflect and preserve the terriore (regional profiles) of each origin.
